This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on HUNIWA, operated by Huniwa Foods India.
Return Window
Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible for Return / Refund
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaked
- Incorrect product delivered
- Package received in poor condition
Not Eligible for Return / Refund
Due to the nature of honey as an edible product:
- Opened or used jars are not eligible
- Change of mind or taste preference is not covered
- Returns requested after 48 hours are not accepted
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Condition
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for approval.
How to Raise a Request
To request a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue

Note
Natural variations in color, texture, or crystallization are normal characteristics of raw honey and are not considered defects.
